He did it more last night but that has to do with the way he pitched last week. You can tell he was mentally building confidence with each batter and that's just his way of saying don't frick with me. I love it. He's not barking at them and making gestures. He's just telling them to sit the frick down with his eyes. Keep doing it Lange.

Why would that bother an LSU fan?

It wouldn't bother me until the pitcher for the other team runs one right up under my chin because of it. Then I'd prolly tell Lange to stop mean-muggin e'erbody.

Glad he rebounded. Obviously we need him to be dominant. Couldn't care less what you think of me.

It obviously bothers some of you old coots judging by the downvotes

Baseball fans and players care way to much on were their opponents are looking.

Not no but frick No. Youtube Bob Gibson who pitched for the St Louis Cardinals back in the 70's, if he thought you were crowding the plate he'd throw at your head.

He wouldn't be doing it if he had to hit in the lineup.

To be fair, I just watched the highlights from last night's game, and he wasn't staring anybody down at all.

I was just thinking this.
Nolan just blew you away and moved on to the next hitter to mow down. No head games.
