Does he know all the SJW and virtue signaling stuff is ripping the hearts out of the LSU fan base? Same true of most fan bases. NCAA football is a sinking ship.

The fan base doesn’t play the games. He needs the players or everything is for naught.

I think most sane fans just want to see LSU win and don't really care about the other stuff. It bothers you that bad, just stop paying attention to LSU football. No one is forcing you to be a fan.

People will not stop watching. Winter is boring when it’s cold outside. I might skip things like gameday and start watching 2hrs in to fast forward through any crap commercials ( 3 hrs if it’s a cbs game).

The NCAA Just furloughed 600 staff members for up to eight weeks. Hundreds of fans on this site have echoed the OP’s sentiments. Fans everywhere are already completely repulsed by the Race Grievance and White Collective Guilt lectures. Only three major conferences are even playing. Many high profile players are opting out. Attendance will be a pittance. Revenues will be dramatically impacted. I mean, c’mon.
That may not be a sinking ship, but I wouldn’t want to bet on it making a long voyage.

It’s a symbiotic relationship. You have to win to keep fans in the seats. You can’t win without good players and you can’t build top notch facilities to attract good players without the fanbase. Not sure why this is difficult for some of you to understand. It’s not just one or the other. When our offense sucked this board was full of people saying “I’m done” and “no more TAF fees from me until the product on the field improves” and all that bullshite. All the posturing and “your ripping out our hearts” is downright laughable.
