If Clark had played in an attacking style defense LSU fans would view him in a completely different light.

He doesn't read and react quickly. He runs exceptionally well. And, he tackles well.

It's a ridiculously large indictment on this coaching staff that they went away from an attacking style with the DBs they had on this roster and LBs that were a lot better at playing downhill.

He’s played himself into the second round and with a good combine might sneak into the first.

Definitely. I think he goes in the first.

Dont give me that 10 yds up field bull shite either.

Uhhhh… I don’t know what you’ve been watching but in the first half of the season, especially UCLA, he was making tackles way downfield and they were the result of his own blown assignments. It has happened a lot this season but has stopped when we started blitzing him. If you can’t see that, I don’t know what to tell you

It’s a low chance. He’s likely a high 2nd rounder and if he kills the combo a team may reach for him late in the first.

I would love for him to come back. Just hitting his stride really. But he could take the Butkus if he finishes strong.

I really liked what I saw from Mike Jones though. Like him and Baskerville next year. Hopefully the young bucks get their time too.

I was definitely one that has been hard on him from the start… and last night he came alive. I won’t change my mind about what I watched last season, the UCLA game, or the Auburn game, but last night they actually used him right. He was playing on the Edge a lot more, which should be his position going forward, or they finally blitzed him and didn’t force him to make reads. It was a scheme change that is 9 weeks overdue. He may have a chance to be drafted, but I was wondering if he even could return next year?

This tells me that either you haven't watched LSU this year or you don't know anything about football

Yeah I know nothing about football. When I played, a few years ago, LBs that were left unblocked were supposed to make tackles on run plays

He leads the nation in tackles per game and he has been playing his arse off all year. His effort is unmatched.

Well, the NFL draft often surprises me, but I’d bet he starts as a rookie. And I’d bet he makes the pro bowl in his first five years.
