A better question is, why would anyone EVER believe O was capable of winning any type title at LSU given his terrible resume?
It's mind blowing that we still have clowns here making excusing for the man.

No and for that reason alone he should not have been hired

Not this season. No.

SEC title? How about game?

Dubose won one, that goofball at Miami won a national title and nearly 2. So in a better circumstance hell why not. I would still not believe him to be a coach capable of sustaining long term success but I'd love if I were wrong on that.

He just got here as head coach idiots , most of the problem is the firing of his boss ,LSU will rebound from that stupidity with some fan support and he is the man to do it .

I question whether we'll win more than 1 SEC game this year.
I worry he may not win 1 SEC game this year.
Though I think he will win as many as 3, more likely 1 or 2, and hope something magical happens to energize this team. I think the talent is there.

Yes, give the man a chance...

O will be back with the buyout clause. But Joe has to be gone.

Larry Coker is 10X the coach that O will ever be.
People need to accept that despite all warnings, LSU hired an unqualified dummy with a binder.
This result was inevitable.
SEC Title? Are you fricking kidding me?

Dare I say it's time to move on from Tommy Moffitt?
TM has been one of the best S&C coaches in the nation for years. We need to keep him.

Let's be real. We will likely lose to Florida, Auburn, Mississippi and Alabama -- four in a row. Our team has already quit it appears. After four in a row and injuries to an already depleted OL and DL, do you think these guys will get up to play Arkansas, Tenn and Tex Am? We are in a free fall. Oh, and to answer the question, Orgeron will probably be winless in conference play. Win the sec? Come on!!!

Winless in the SEC.
Ahhhh...history repeating itself.
If only we could have known....
But...I bet that conniving ogre makes a mean jambalaya. So, it's all good.

Did O and Canada almost come to blows last week and had to be separated by players?

Yeah as a defensive line coach
