I’m hopeful but still cautious. We’ve heard good practice reports before, just want to see it translate on the field. If Nuss plays clean and the run game clicks, we’re in good shape.

I think LSU will win because the defense should be able to handle South Carolina. I don’t think the offense will do much.

Based on what we know about Burger King, nope. The team will look exactly the same or worse than last game.

*And Burger King will say the same ol things, using his players as the scapegoat in the post game presser. With emotion that seems about as authentic as walmart boudin. Pouting at the reporters. Maybe put a little “i’m real mad, look” soundbite or a plastic table fist pound for extra effect.

There should be a meltdown This is the second easiest SEC game left on our schedule after Arky. We lose this one and we’re boned. I think we win by 10 though.

Same. When I start off pessimistic then, then the fandom and koolaid comes pouring in and i slide to optimistic or i start convincing myself why this or that can happen, it never plays out that way.

When i just sit back and watch with little to no expectations, they usually lower the boom.

Here's to no expectation tomorrow night!!

I think we win the game - but good vibes....no - our inability to run the ball really, really bothers me and I can see it getting better, but only marginally.

I feel like we are going to win. Unless the run scheme is changed it will be close.

STOP RPO plays. The line does not know whether to block for a running back or pass protect. They do know and so does the defense that of the 3 options of that play, Nuss is not going to run. So a confused line and Nuss throwing into a 8 man pass defense. Just call running plays and hand the ball off.

Everyone is still panicked until we win, then everyone will calm down until about Tuesday.

I wish I could be optimistic like yall. I think we'll win the game but because South Carolina is the only P4 team we play with a worse offense than us.

My thoughts exactly. Until this team can run the ball, every game is going to be close because the defense will keep us in it.

I believe Saturday will be the start of a big time run this team makes the rest of the season and into the playoffs. I have heard some really good reports from practice this week.

I'm an optimistic fan by nature, but this game feels like it will be decided by a couple points and could go either way. Unless this offense is about to do some stuff they haven't been able to do this year, I could see this being a 20-17 type ball game going to whoever turns it over less.

It's possible I only feel that way because of the lingering taste of the OM game in my mouth, but it's probably better for my mental health to approach this offense with the assumption that they are what they are, and if they surprise me, then that's great.
