.....with our offense, y'all definitely have a chance.

OU’s offense is horrible and LSU’s defense is pretty good. Anything can happen in a low scoring game.

I agree 100%. The weather is supposed to be cràppy as well. I think it will be a very close game.

Our defense could show up and make an impact but this is a terrible match up for LSUs offense. If it was hard to watch the offense against western Kentucky I can’t imagine how bad it will be against this defensive front. It will be bad. I would recommend finding something else to watch bc the game will be over by first half.

I was looking forward to this game so bad back in August.
There are tons of LSU people in DFW and it would’ve been 20% LSU
We would have shown those hillbillies how to travel
Even with all the gloom and doom, I was considering flying to OKC and attending the game just to get away. Then I checked Norman, OK weather for Saturday:
Cloudy with occasional rain showers. High 56F. SSW winds shifting to NW at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 60%. Higher wind gusts possible.
The low Saturday night is supposed to be 22. No thanks.

but I feel we have a 0% chance of winning this game.

I am wondering if anyone gives us a chance, and if so, make the argument.
We are +315 money line.
[100/(100+315) ] * 100 = 24% chance of winning

We're a 10 point dog.
And if you’re smart you’ll take OU for the points + the under (don’t even know what it’s set at, but take it — we aren’t scoring a point in this game).

I think LSU upsets OU. I believe OU is a fraud. They beat Bammer because of turnovers…..I get that is part of the game, but uncharacteristic of that team. I like our chances.

Okie is more hick than hillbilly right?

Our defense needs to play lights out to give us any kind of chance

Maybe the entire OU D line gets the flu morning of the game. That’d be the only way
Posted on 11/25/25 at 7:47 pm to arktiger28
Maybe a snowballs chance in hell but anything can happen in the SEC.

Looking at it from a statistical standpoint...
In SEC games + Michigan for Oklahoma
22.4 points per game scored
18.5 points per game allowed
In SEC games + Clemson for LSU
19.6 points per game scored
22.0 points per game allowed
That would imply a 22-19 victory for Oklahoma based strictly on these stats.
But if you take only Oklahoma home games
Average score is 22 - 12.
If you take only LSU road games
Average score is 17 - 21.
Therefore, Oklahoma 21 or 22 to LSU 14 or 15 is the statistical score for Oklahoma home game and LSU road game.
There's a chance for LSU of course, but it will take some help from OU.

I give LSU the slightest chance. But my goodness if they somehow beat Okie then we will officially be their Daddy.

I do! It’s college ball, refs will be on there side bc loss kicks em out of playoffs but we can upset em, and we have the defense to win. Everyone I think is underestimating our defense. That d can cook and if they play with hair on fire we can get 3-4 turnovers and shut them down at least for 3 quarters. Fourth quarter we will see how things go
Posted on 11/25/25 at 10:51 pm to arktiger28
Agreed. We have a 0% chance. They have a dominant defense and we have a nonexistent offensive line. We are going down hard.
