Does it mean “to not slip up all that much?”
Does it mean “to do the same you’ve done over the last decade?

The offense was trash. So whatever you were talking about was wrong.
If we get to 10-3 it’s an average season at LSU you would have crucified Les or Jimbo but your jizzing for O.

Because it paints Coach O in the best light.
He's done a good job. Nothing special and not terrible. There are things to fix just like 99% of the other team's out there. His 3rd year next year, so the 10 win regular season expectation is in play.

9-3, 5-3 in both years with still a chance to be either 10-3 or 9-4 this year. The better offense and defense belong to 2015. The stronger SECW belongs to 2015. The better QB belongs to 2018. The stronger rush game belongs to 2015. The SOS is almost a wash, but lets give it to 2018.

If he closes on Surtain we don’t have to watch Alexander get abused by A&M and likely win that game.
Another ironic point that gets brought up quite a bit as an excuse for a poor offense is the lack of talent at RB as if Orgeron hasn’t whiffed on Akers and Ettienne in 2017.
