On3 said it was his throwing shoulder. Nothing to do with his leg or ankle

quote:

Sam Leavitt is listed on the Wednesday SEC availability report heading into the Week 3 game against Ole Miss. He is listed as doubtful. Leavitt is one of the 10 LSU players listed on the report, while Ole Miss has six players listed. Sources tell On3’s Pete Nakos that Leavitt is dealing with a sore throwing shoulder and has been limited in practice. Nakos was also told that they have been monitoring him closely this week

Sore shoulder and doubtful? And he’s still been practicing? That source 100% is duping him lmao

No. That’s why we’re all on a text based messaging board. We can’t read.

He’s leading all QB’s in tackles, so give him a break

If he’s practicing, he’s playing.

Sounds like Nakos got played

I'm skeptical about that. No one else has mentioned the shoulder. You'd think it would be a topic of conversation if that report was accurate.

Corticosteroid shot and some Ibuprofen and he’s good to go!

Sore shoulder means this could be a multi week injury easily…maybe worse.

I posted this before that in 2003 the morning of the Ole Miss game Matt mauck had 101 fever and was seeing multiple people in his vision. They gave him fluids and got him ready by game time. Of course i think he threw a pick 6 on the first play of the game. I think Jimbo told him to “throw it to the one in the middle”.
A sore shoulder we will get him ready. I used horse liniment for that.
