I think they'll probably win 1 game in the tournament but who knows. They are certainly capable of winning a 2nd round game. They are also capable of being upset in round 1

Never said it was a loss but that we will be fortunate to win. Team barely beat a bad Missouri team in Game 1 and Ark knocked us hard in the 2nd half.

I need to see the draw, but I’d lean towards no. You have to acknowledge the ugly loses & the inability to win B2B games since mid January.

Guard play has to be better.

Days has to shoot out of his mind.

Energy has to be out of this world.

Match ups. If we play a year with under average guard play our press will cause havoc.

Nothing this team has done this year would suggest they can make it to the second weekend.

Eh...this team is reslly undisciplined and relies on hot shooting and a ton of opportune turnovers to generate offense. Not really a recipie for going on a tourney run

No. This team plays uncharacteristicly soft and tends to fold under pressure in the 2nd halfs of games.

Best case is that win a squeaker against the 11 seed. Then they play like they did against Arky, and lose in 2nd round by 12+ points. If that is a run, then yes!

If LSU wins their first round game, I would be surprised.

Nope. Maybe 1st round victory. They haven’t shown the ability to make it much farther than that.

They can but probably won’t. The truth is, no team will be happy to see LSU in their bracket or possibly facing them in the 2nd round. This team is much better than what they’ve shown and will be a scare for any team they go against.

Consecutive wins over Kentucky and Tennessee didn’t suggest they can make it to the second weekend? Now, if you had said that nothing in their play since Pinson got hurt suggests they can make it to the second weekend, I could go with that. The question is whether they can find the intensity and cohesion on defense for a full 40 minutes they had before Pinson went down.

That team is long gone and those two wins were at home. The scouting report is out on how to beat us. Just wall off Pinson from penetrating and keep us out of transition. On a neutral court, I don’t believe this team is capable of beating two good teams in a row without the ability to make shots.

No we don't as this team is very unpredictable. Unfortunately, the level of performance has not improved as the season progressed.
