Do we think airlines will add additional flights from BTR and MSY to Atlanta?

You can make it to the Atlanta Airport in about 7 hours driving. Unless you're in a time crunch, hit I-12 to 10 to Mobile up to Montgomery and 85 into Atlanta

Getting to the airport early, flight delays...that could take hours, especially Atlanta Airport

They might, but this is a very popular route already so I don’t see them adding.

Usually United may add a nonstop to our bowl location.

Taking the train is another option from NOLA or Slidell. You can drink on the train too. Did it for the Kickoff Game a few years back and had a blast. Lots of LSU fans with ice chests on it

Brothers, I lived in Atlanta during our early 2000’s run when we were constantly in this game. I attended every one of them by walking up with 2 fingers in the air. Had tickets within 10 mins.

It’s Strange to be so confident about something you obviously don’t know anything about.

What does you being a pilot have to do with anything? Are you aware of all added flights throughout the country?

Might get would be Delta might switch it from the 717 to a bigger piece of equipment to up capacity and would bet they do that before they add more flights and take up more slots in Atlanta.

For what you’re gonna be paying for seats to the game and the jacked up cost for hotel rooms, an eight hour drive should be a welcomed option.
