Last year it was his great catch and score that iced the win against the war eagles. This year he was there for the botched onside kick. Two years in a row is quiet remarkable. He doesn't seem to get enough credit for his talents. Will he be here next year? Would like to see 1 more save.

He also cost us field position twice. Once by a very dumb unsportsmanlike penalty and the other on a punt that he whiffed on

Well, you outed yourself as an idiot. Sullivan DID NOT drop the onside kick; the Auburn guy got a hand on it, and had the first touch.

I am assuming Sullivan is out there because of his size. But he needs to do a better job attacking the ball in those situations. He alligator armed it.

Yep. Kick team was too passive on the Texas onside kick as well. Need to get more aggressive going after the ball.

Dillon with bad body language most of the game sitting by himself. I think the coaches tore him a new one after the penalty. Glad to see he bounced back.

Yeah that onside kick was way too close. LSU loses if Auburn recovers that.

That is a “hustle” play. He didn’t just stand there and watch. He ran over “just in case” and LSU sure is glad he did.

This

Especially with the missed downing of the punt inside the 3 yard line

We have to have the worst special teams coach in the world. Can't down a punt at the three because we don't know too, evidently, missed extra points, two botched on side kicks this season. Do we ever work on this stuff?? Tough to win championships when the special teams are an adventure. Oh, did I mention we need to block on punts at the line of scrimmage, or downfield, for Stingley?.....all season has been the case!!!!!

Sullivan was out there because Delpit was injured; that was Delpit’s spot.

That was a HUGE play by Dillon.

If Auburn had recovered (and they damn near did), then Aubie was one more lucky break away from a win.

Not to sound like an excuse but Delpit and Stingley we’re both sitting on bench for that play. It was setting up pretty damned well for Auburn. Also a perfect kick. I’ll take possession any way you can get it there.

I think he's getting to much heat for not downing the punt. Go look at the replay and you'll see 2 guys camping under it. At the last second one guy bails out and leaves Dillon there alone. It looks like a infield pop up where 2 guys are calling it and neither take initiative and go get it and it falls to the ground. Being a senior I wish he would have taken charge and caught it. Now the dumb penalty is all his fault, he's a senior and should know better.

I’m not sure we want Stingley on our onsides unit. He did his best Cam Newton impression avoiding the onsides vs Texas.

And in the previous Auburn game, the late TD was atoning for several early drops. He made up for his mistakes, like he did last year.
