I think it was an illegal cut block on mills. Seemed like the correct call.

It 100% happened. Mills did it. Cut block though, not chop. Call was right.

Correct. Maybe he announced it as a chop block by mistake but the foul did happen. If he messed up his announcement big deal.

officiating was bad all the way around. both teams got hosed by this crew jr high school games get better officiating

Toatal BS call. Looked like the refs were trying to give Iowa the game. What was with the flag after the game was over? Dumb refs!

the forward progress one in the 1st half was just as bad IMO

Yep. Saw the holding.
I think the forward progress fumble was the worst of all the bad calls.
Felt like we were playing in Auburn.
Refs never saw the fumble. Should have reviewed that play. He dropped the ball way before his progress was stopped.
Maybe someone will make some gifs of these bad calls.
Always good to whip the "Legends and Leaders".

I'm convinced they never even saw the fumble and just made the assumption he lost it after forward progress was stopped.

The refs were terrible today. It seemed that they were using the outcome based officiating method.
