Did you feel like the overturned call on the fumble was a cheat?

I did. It was a deliberate cheat to keep Iowa in the game.

I also felt that the illegal substitution penalty that gave Iowa a first down after they got stuffed on third and short was a makeup for the one they called against Iowa the play before.

I think they were afraid to basically gnf the game so they covered up.

It was one of several terrible calls against LSU. Not to mention the time the ref bowed up on Jeremy Hill.

I think the dam referees favored coconut shrimp over a blooming onion.

The spread was 7.5, so the timing of the reversal is extremely questionable.

Refs seemed very very very poor today.

This. Vegas obviously had a direct line into the replay booth.

Didnt even the Big 10 official in the booth that Jon and Mike talked to pretty much said that eventhough the hand may havew bgeen going forward there was no ball in the hand and anyone would know that he is saying it is a fumble without saying it. Definitely a Bull Crap call and should have been our ball. Not into this crap that 'Everyone Hates LSU" but if you dont think that was a crappy call then I dont know waht. Any way I will take the Victory.

If Romney was President it would have been a fumble.

The forward progress fumble was pretty laughable as well. The kid fumbled almost immediately after being hit.

Yep. The refs were really slow to stop LSU forward progress today. Thus giving Iowa plenty time to grab at the ball. I was amazed they blew the Iowa play dead so soon.
The incomplete pass call at the end of the game was total BS. I still amazed at how bad they were.

How about the phantom chop block on the Loston pick

Or the sideline interference penalty without a warning

Or the non hold call on Landry's one handed catch attempt

Why did you think the chop block was phantom?

If anything Iowa chopped an LSU player on that play.
