You did not. Verge is the current Athletic Director at LSU.

Verge will NOT be the the permanent AD. Jeff Landry and LSU social media fricked up here. Rouse will name a new AD.

Apparently there’s a difference between making someone permanent and removing an interim tag. Who knew.

Until Verge signs a contract, he is NOT really our regular AD, IMO. But he is NOT an Interim AD anymore.
I look for Dr. Rousse to give Verge a short-term contract, maybe 2 years or even 3, to see how he works out.
