Did any ESPN or otherwise debate show today do a segment about the Heisman?

I don’t watch the morning debate shows even though I work from home and have the TV on all day but I just put on around the horn and it wasn’t even a blip on their radar

Probably not. Jayden got incredibly unlucky with the sports weekend at hand, especially with the Cowboys dominating the Eagles and the Chiefs call.

Even on Saturday night, you could argue the Heisman was the third biggest story in sports with Ohtani getting $700m and Lebron winning the first ever NBA in-season tournament.

They move on quickly from the Heisman every year. Bowl games, NFL NBA, plenty to talk about

College sports are a blip on the radar for national sports news.

Getting down to nut cutting time in the NFL and shotime getting his big deal carries way more weight in the national sports media. It is what it is.

Yes Ryan Clark(yes i know), Booger McFarland, somebody else did a segment. They talkd about Jayden and even brought on Mel Kiper during the segment. Mel said he had him in the first round and going number 8. Sorry i didn't get the name of the show because i am at work.

The Heisman is all about the in-season discussion and build-up. Once the winner is announced no one really cares.

At end of day unless you have a burrow type year you need a little help and daniels got it when nix lost
Penix couldn’t recover from sub par outings down stretch and Daniels is lucky milroe was bad early
Enjoy it because there will likely be a year a deserving lsu player finishes 2nd or 3rd and you deal with it
It’s great exposure when you do win it so enjoy it

If ESPN did anything with the Heisman it would be to stir controversy up just for ratings. It's what they do.

The Heisman vote was not controversial; the most "deserving" person won the award.

If FSU would have made the playoff; it would have been a non-story the next day also except for Finbaum and SEC network.
