Also from a different angle:
My buddy had a shitstorm and was pretty much bullied (not physical, but stuff like 50+ people flooding his cell phone, neverending heckling and whatnot) after he spent the previous day or two talking shite to everyone how Duke was going to wax LSU's arse in 2006 tourney. I'll still to this day remind him how he cried like that bitch JJ Reddick did and how Big Baby made a rebound over four Duke players. Got I loved that game.
He's an LSU student now and goes to most basketball games, but I can still sense some leftover disdain for LSU giving him essentially Duke's version of 1/9. Think about it, they were 30-3 that season, definitely was their year.

When Georgia kicked our arse in '08 I threw the remote and punched a dent in the microwave in my dorm.
I also tried very hard to destroy as much of the superdome as I could on 1/9. That damn thing is solid though, still have a scar from where I punched the metal wall with the little holes in it.
Would also like to throw this years' CWS in there. That was not a good time for me.

Very easily 1/9/12. I basically went on an LSU strike for about a month. Didn't want to come to this site, didn't wear any LSU clothing, and didn't dare want to talk about the game. If somebody brought the game up, I'd shy away from the conversation as if it was too soon to talk about. The only thing that saved me from destroying something during the game was my newborn infant son was sleeping in the room while we watched the game. The way I felt in the 2nd half when Jefferson trotted out there at qb, still to this day angers me.

1/9....
I've never felt so let down leaving a stadium. Witnessed LSU fans outside selling their ticket stubs to Bama fans. Calculated in my head how much money I wasted during that weekend, only to watch LSU look completely inept. What I felt about Miles in that moment is indescribable. I somehow managed to contain my madness for one day. On Tuesday we made a trip to the zoo to take our minds off the game. A juvenile gorilla smiled at me and flipped me the bird. I climbed the fence and whooped his arse. Well I didn't really whoop his arse but I got some good shots in.

That's easy..the BCSNCG against Bama...if that game didn't make you go WTF? Then you had blinders on.

I don't know if I'll ever be invited back to my best friend's home to watch an LSU game again. I nearly lost it after the 2 straight passes on 2nd and 2 during the Clemson game. I recall slamming a pool ball down into the pool table and my friend was like, "Whoa, easy,". I walked down stairs long enough to scream at the tv after Clemson completed the 4th and 17. Many of my friends wives were downstairs, and I'm sure they were worried about my mental health as well. I actually left in my car before the game was finished and listned to Hawthorne describe how Clemson kicked the game winning field goal.

Not even remotely close to being LSU 's worst moment. Telling that you would pick that moment, rather than one of the at least 5 highly public debacles of the last 8 years with Les....when LSU really mattered and was on the pinnacle of the CFB stage.
My worst moment was Tenn '10, the worst Miles cluster frick on record. I don't throw things, but I did curse like a sailor and Condemn Les Miles to a slow, painful death much to the chagrin of my fellow tiger fans watching with me.

Final Four in Indy.
I drove up with my wife, girlfriend at the time, to Nashville to a relatives, then up to Indy by myself for the game.
I considered many times going down to the court, punching Brady out, kidnapping Voogd and putting his jersey on so I can go play, and make Tyrus get back in the game.
Never been so embarrassed to be an LSU fan after that loss.
I got to my car after the game and ripped the window flags off, my license plate border off, and took my shirt off and left it in the parking lot. Didn't want a single LSU thing in my vicinity.
And despite the Ole Miss debacle, i think i was more pissed at the press conference Miles did Monday morning. I was at work outside at my truck yelling at the radio the whole time.

1988 Miami game. Miami #3 LSU #11 and SEC co-champion. Played in a thunderstorm. Miami 44 LSU 3. Never have I seen a team so badly beaten as we were that night, ever, at any level.
Equal with it is Alabama-LSU 9th January 2012.

2002 Arkansas when Matt F'n Jones burned us in the last 30 seconds. Kinda blurry but chairs were definetly thrown in the yard
2009 Ole Miss and 2012 MNC because I was there

So many people pick this one. I don't know. Given what was going on at the time and the fact that LSU's campus was a de facto evacuation center, I consider this the most forgivable loss in the Les Miles era.
this
anyone who is still upset at the 2005 UT game is a dumbass.

Had the misfortune of sitting in the north endzone right around a huge group of BAMA fans for the 2008 game. When the game ended, all of the BAMA fans were up singing whatever in the hell stupid song they sing and they wouldn't let me or my then girlfriend (now wife) by to get out the stadium. My wife gets very claustrophobic in crowds and started to freak out. She sees a small opening and takes off. I am about 8 steps behind her when this drunk Alabama guy grabs her by the arm and says something along the lines of "where you going? Why you leaving so fast?" I coldcocked that SOB right there, caught up to my wife, and immediately left the stadium.

was at this game. it was like a hurricane literally passed over the stadium. i was sitting with my grandmother and we had to stay through that entire shitfest, drenched, because she was afraid of falling if we tried leaving

2012 MNC - I didn't really have much chance to get pissed about this game. We took my 3 month old son to the emergency room right before kick off due to high fever. I missed the entire game, I didn't even care about it because I was so concerned about my son. After the nurses and doctors said he was fine - the game was long over and I was like "WTF just happened...???"
Talk about a bad day.

Got I loved that game.
i was in montana at a sports bar. i said something totally non-ahole to a table full of Dook fans, before we'd even won. just good natured ribbing of some sort. i thought their heads were going to explode. so of course i taunted them after they lost. worst fans in the US (well, next to Philadelphia Eagles maybe).
