So no one pays off settlements based on calculating costs of litigation, potential for a ridiculous jury decision, or bad publicity to their brand? Every insurance company in America regularly settles on ridiculous claims. The fact Guice settled means nothing. It’s much more telling when a supposed rape victim would rather take money than try to get a criminal conviction. I ain’t saying she’s a gold digger….

He had a 1.3 million signing bonus and was in the third year of a 4.5 million contract. I know it’s not as rich as your mobile home but it’s more than enough to bring the trash out to try to get a piece of it. You aren’t doing very good at this posting thing.

When you settle you can’t then sue them for defamation. That is like suing them for accepting the settlement. You really are a moron.

He's a piece of garbage. He should be in prison sleeping with Bubba! Was one of my favorite players, but he's a criminal that LSU covered for and they will pay the price when the NCAA findings come out!

Oh yeah, that money is going to last a real long time when you're injury-prone, been cut, have no team, have a bad reputation and you're paying off lawyers and women.
