I'll take the 2 BCS championships sitting in the Trophy Room over a writer's list.

Why get upset over something like this?

Cali has more population than LA
Texas has more than LA
Fla has more than LA

Okie doesnt but the guy is playing to numbers, who cares

They were in the national championship game last year and they have an all everything QB returning. Top 3 material.

I think Florida was the obvious choice to most on this site. When are we all going to learn that Dodd has more threads started after his columns than any ohter journalist. I think he writes the BS that he does to get a rise out of people.

Sorry Gators! and

From the list, it looks like only 2 schools have a set of balls sitting in their trophy case. Seems like it should be Florida and LSU and then everyone else.

This is NOT a "potential" list. It's a what have you actually done list. An OU has done nothing but rack up wins against very weak BIG 12 opponents.

Now that's a truthful statement.

The first BCS championship of the decade and they appeared in 3 others. The only team that gives me a little heartburn being above us is TX. Regardless, if any one of the top 6 teams wins the BCS this year, then they should get it. No one would have more championships than that team. Only TX would have only 2 appearances, but they would have been in one of the greatest games, and would get a little sympathy credit for last year.

That's because there are a lot of dumbasses on this site. Florida is not #1 for this decade, sorry. I guess you forgot the Zook years. They are 9th in the decade for winning percentage. LSU isn't #1 either because they are 8th. You can't have 2 five loss seasons and a four loss season and be #1, sorry. USC is 81-9 since 2002. I wouldn't put OU way up there because they've continuously choked in the big game.

To all of those who will jump on me and say Florida is clearly the best answer this question for me:

Is Oregon State the team of the decade in College Baseball? Very similar scenario to Florida in football. Yes they have won 2 out of 3, but a decade is 10 years and they sucked half of those years.
