Lange to RF. He clearly has the best arm on the team

No. Deichmann is a liability at first and Breaux is a worse hitter than Slaughter. Solves nothing

Deichmann has seemed to settle in the OF. Has held up well, made some plays despite probably never playing that position in his life. He'll project well to the pros playing where he is.

The problem is not defense. It seems to be a team wide issue at the plate. Everyone is pressing. The more failure, the worse it gets. I think the answer is to shake up the line-up with one or two players each game until something clicks. Nothing gets the attention of players more than all of a sudden riding the pine. And it gives those in the doghouse another chance for redemption.

I think nothing else has worked so why not?

this has to be an alter?

maybe we should try beck in the outfield? At 6'7" he could grab the ball before it goes over the fence.

Romero or Reid would be nice to get an AB every once in awhile

LSU has one of the better fielding percentages in the SEC and a lot of that has do with how good Slaughter has been in digging throws out of the dirt.

Well there's a new one..

Defense aint the problem. But if this defensive change can strangely help wake up the bats, then by all means

Guess this means Slaughter will call-in to T-Bob and Jordy on Monday.

I say switch out smith and Robinson in the line up. Reward the hot bat.
