Still possible to beat AM with their injuries.
Finish 7-5 (8-4 of ATM craps out) from nothing more than having better Jim’s and Joe’s compared to these list above.

I may get hate for this, but if O was more professional and didn’t seem to regress in his maturity, etc, and if we were playing hard and just coming up short, I would’ve been okay with keeping him. I just think he’s too far gone down the rabbit hole with bad press that there is no saving him.
An 8-4 or 7-5 team that is competitive and playing hard is one thing, but a team that seems lost/confused/underperforming/can’t run the ball at all is not a good look.

Woody knew when he was hired that all he needed was a small window of opportunity and Coach O was out. Back to back subpar seasons is the opportunity he was looking for to get a new coach in place. This is a 5 loss minimum season. Coach O won’t survive that after last years poor results.

We have better athletes than everyone we play this season, with Bama being the exception.
The athletes aren't the issue. (Aside from Shannahan.)
This team should have been no worse than 9-3 at the end of the year. This team with any competence at Head Coach would be undefeated with this team heading into Alabama or at most 1 loss.
Ed is gone. For the on the field underacheivement combined with off field constant embarrassment he brings to LSU.

As for me, I'd give him one more season just to hear all the groaning from TD but give the 'Not firing the HC' warning shot
