I requested a refund because right after D1 billed my credit card, I got a message saying that it could be up to an hour to log on. The game would have been half over. They responsed about 30 minutes later that the streaming had been fixed. I again told them to refund my money, and they asked one more time if I was sure. This cost too much money for extremely poor service. If the streaming doesn’t come through an app, I don’t want it. Anyone who couldn’t watch or had delays should request a refund from D1 or their credit card company. If they want to broadcast and want a premium price, they should get better technology.

Considering LSU’s stadium houses 12k+ fans alone plus thousands more that watch games, only planning for 10-15k is a major frick up on y’alls part and I’m not really sure how that’s a mistake that you can make. $35 is a lot for a shitty streaming set of 3 games.
How much is espn+? $12? That’s 75 cents a game/month with quality production. D1 expects us to pay $8+ a game with shitty, nonworking stream. They can F right off.

I appreciate your post (even though I didn't pay - I kind of like listening to baseball on the radio). I think giving back the one game money for the people that had problems is fair.

The server we are on is prepared for 30-40K people -- it's also prepared for 10-15K to hit it at once. Since the site moves people off the site when you click WATCH NOW, there should never ever be that many people on the site at once. In this instance, there were about 6,000 people on the site at once. Right now, there are 7,500 from the upcoming Texas game on the site, so that couldn't have been the issue.
For reference, we had about 8,000 LSU fans on the site two years ago -- total.
