It’s like saying “Calm down” to a woman. I know because I am a woman!!!

I requested a refund because right after D1 billed my credit card, I got a message saying that it could be up to an hour to log on. The game would have been half over. They responsed about 30 minutes later that the streaming had been fixed. I again told them to refund my money, and they asked one more time if I was sure. This cost too much money for extremely poor service. If the streaming doesn’t come through an app, I don’t want it. Anyone who couldn’t watch or had delays should request a refund from D1 or their credit card company. If they want to broadcast and want a premium price, they should get better technology.

Last year there a special pricing (about $10-$15 for the weekend) to stream the D1 baseball tournament. Does anyone know if this is possible this year?
