In 2018 LSU lost a game like this to Florida St. LSU shot it significantly better than FSU but lost because they were killed on the glass.
Shortly thereafter Wade made rebounding the #1 point of emphasis. So much so that LSU had a drill where someone literally threw the ball off the glass as hard as they could to force the guys to react quick and rebound.
The result, that team became one of the best rebounding teams in the nation en route to a 16-2 SEC championship season. That team was terrible from three. Didn’t matter, they were tougher than just about everyone they played.

Literally yes. Rebounding is all about positioning, reaction, and effort.
As a 6'10''+ player you should not be getting outrebounded by someone who is 6'7''. That is just awful coaching.

The point, moron, is that poor rebounding can be a product of poor coaching and it can be fixed by coaching.
More than anything else, rebounding is a mindset. It’s a byproduct of toughness and desire that can be ingrained in the program.
That 2018 team wasn’t rebounding…until doing so was drilled into the fabric of the team. It turned the whole season around.
The post has nothing to do with Wade and everything to do with the fact that if it is something a coach demands it can be fixed.

What? Rebounding is effort and toughness. Anyone with a brain should expect a coach to get effort and toughness out of their team. It'd be one thing if we were undersized but we are actually pretty big.
