On Finebaum, about 4:51p.m.
Les is willing to play different styles of football (passing attack, physical running game); this is an indication that he thinks he has a team that can win a championship.

Danielson is just trying to hype the Bama/LSU game because he knows he will be calling the game.

He's really going to freak when Les starts AJ...

I don't think Les' motives revolve around Bama (too much), but I do agree that the coaches this year are comfortable calling many different types of games depending on what is needed because they are very confident that they can win with any offense required.
What? He is just trying to hype the game?
Whatever. This LSU team is a good team. The game is in a month. It doesn't need to be hyped. It is LSU-Alabama, the biggest game in college football over the past 5-6 years.
Danielson is right. Les is playing games with Saban and that game is circled. LSU will take care of business against Ole Miss and be 8-1 going into Tuscaloosa with everything to play for. LSU wins it, in my opinion.

LSU will have to go back to that passing attack against Alabama. That style they played against Fla will not work. Saban has always made his defenses strong against the run. The last two games is all Miles needs to refer to. Mettenberger had his finest game last season passing on them and I do not see why it shouldn't continue.

Trying to hype that game might just take the cake.

quote:I think you are right. That said, if CLM lets CAM have a free hand in that game, I'm sure Saban will get to see things he's never even dreamed of seeing. And his button-down, locked-tight little defensive mind will explode. Or not. Let's hope Nick is expecting the usual from CLM.
