Yes. Media was told that they are not allowed to post ANYTHING about practice until practice is announced it's over, or two hours after practice starts.. whichever occurs first.

honestly it used to amaze me Sonny/Shea were able to stretch those small viewing windows into those huge write ups...I used to soak that shite up too ..
