Hope Jordy is as right about this as he was about Joe Brady.

Good for him. Playing in these next few games will only hurt his draft stock in this offense. He has been a fun Tiger to watch.

he just had 10 catches for 134 and a TD against easily the best D on our schedule this year.

This is called quitting, lets call it for what it is. He plays all year then decides to hang it up with a few remaining games after we struggled.

"opting out" right before Bama and Florida is not a good look

So he gives a rah-rah speech about finishing the season the right way and then quits before the game against the #1 team when he is probably needed the most? Haha. You just have to laugh at this season at this point.

His draft stock will never be higher. It’s the right move

If he has the same kind of game next week against Bama like he did last night his stock would do nothing but go up.....

Quitter. There's no way around calling it what it is.

Sucks but I’m not even mad. There’s literally nothing to play for and frankly the team will be better off long run with him sitting out (more reps for guys we’ll rely on in 2021). Feels like
opting out of the sun bowl or something, it just doesn’t matter.

Thanks TM for being one of the greats, looking forward to seeing you play on Sundays.

He won't because whoever is playing QB will be getting thrown to a woodchipper all night behind our OL.

He has a long injury history & is catching passes from shitty Fr QBs & a shitty OC

Then he shouldn't have played last night either. Doesn't make much sense that he played last night.

There are some deep internal and cultural issues with this program right now.

A major starter just flat out quitting in the season like this isn't normal.

I feel like there's stuff going on that fans aren't even aware of.

Those decisions are made in the offseason, not with 3 games left on the schedule.

Dude has broken bones for this team he needs to think about his future not trying to finish this season with 4 wins

actually, his injury history is a reason to finish this year.
the NFL knows he hasn't played a complete season healthy yet and he may want to put one of those on his resume.

They’re made during bowl season too.

I have no problem w studs opting out of garbage bowls.
