Could it be possible that we may actually get rid of Crowton? Will my dreams come true?

Is there any truth to the rumor Crowton might go to LA Tech?

If not, can we start a grass roots campain to get him hired over there? Geaux Techsters!!!

Crowton was great 10 years ago, but the game has passed him by. Plus, he never cared about the other side of the ball. Sure, we scored 40, but we gave up 60. No thanks, to Gary.

I would think Malzahn could get a better offer than LaTech. Applewhite on the other hand could be a good fit and could potentially be a better hire than Malzahn.

Yeah we had an insane offense under Crowton, but we owe that to Tim Rattay and Troy Edwards. No one could stop that duo. No thanks to Crowton. Just fire him in BR.

Malzahn's done some good things this year and I'd like that hire. Dooley sparked our fanbase, but that's about all, so after this failed season and the continuous drama about him going to an SEC team because of his last name, good riddance. Will the real Bulldawg coach please stand up?

Looks like Board members are having dinner in Vicksburg and discussing future football candidates tonight.

This is overused with veteran coaches (ie. Steve Spurrier). Ya think they re-invented the wheel on the gridiron?

That ever-popular "wildcat" formation isn't new, for one thing.

And "Saban will not leave Miami to go coach at Bama". Haven't you guys learned not to say shite like that?

Who would've believed, last week, that Kiff would be in Southern Cal?

Malzahn was coaching high school a few years ago. Tech would be a good first stop for him as a HC. TONS of talent in North LA and he could get them to stay. Would be a great hire for Tech.

He was the HEAD COACH... not the Offensive Coordinator.

Crowton brought the spread passing attack to the South. Everybody does it to some extent now and DC's know how to stop it. He had to reinvent himself and now he is just average to below-average.

Gus Malzahn invented the Wildcat... now everyone does it... now everyone will learn to stop it and Gus Malzahn will be Gary Crowton in 2 years.

That Tennessee press conference made me sick to my stomach. Bring on Malzahn. It's time to schedule those arse-clowns in orange and put a beating on them. Dooley just crapped on our players to the Knoxville media, so any shred of non-disgust I had for him is gone.

Guess who'll try to get a ticket and show up in TECH BLUE at the Tennessee @ LSU game this season? If Tech doesn't have a game that day, (our schedule isn't in stone for the WAC yet) I may be tempted to come watch those fools lose to the Tigers.

Sorry, had to blow off steam after what he just said. We're about to have a MUCH better coach in Ruston this weekend than him.

With a good recruiter La Tech could secure the state of Monroe
