Alabama. That way, when we beat them, we will be vaulted to the #1 spot. Then, we will ride momentum all the way to Miami.

I will never pull for Bama. I wouldn't know who to pull for if they played USC in the NC. I just wouldn't watch.

I'm not understanding why some of you are worried about how the SEC looks. We will look the same at the end of the season when LSU smacks down USC in Miami. Bama doesn't need to beat Michigan for the SEC to stay on top. What in the frick is wrong with you people?

Look at it this way, if the tide hammers the wolverines and then LSU stymies the Gumps, does that not enhance the Tigers's status in the fickle world of CFB?

Why would that stop them? LSU supposedly crushed their hopes 11/5. There's nothing stopping pollsters from doing it again.

And if we would have won the game, the pollsters voting them in wouldn't have mattered. Bama dominated us. Hard to argue with their decision.

The fact that you think we need to enhance our status any more than winning our football games is pretty telling. We are third in the fricking country, WIN that is all. Beat anyone and everyone.

Undefeated USC
Undefeated Oklahoma
Undefeated LSU

You really want leave any doubt with the voters who likely already want the SEC run to end and are looking for an excuse to make it happen?

Yeah, ah LSU has more than enough brand equity that beating a 10-2 or 9-3 Bama is no different than beating 11-1 Bama.
