I want Bama to lose not only for the obvious reasons, but also b/c I don't want their young D getting that confidence builder that could carry them throughout the season.
The love they get from the media is too much as is. The media orgy that we would have to endure for Saban and Bama if they were undefeated coming into TS would be unbearable.

Mr. Higgins, Alabama fans were not the only ones that were killed. I'm sure there may have been a few LSU fans killed as well. That's why your "I was pulling for the tornado" comment was out of line. I love talking smack but that's too much!

Tammy, sweetheart, I was being fecitious. I wouldn't wish injuries/casualties or loss of property on anyone. Even bammers. I would've, however, laughed my arse off if it had leveled B-D stadium, the football operations center and maybe a couple of statues. Sad indictment of Bammers- that would've been more tragic to them than 9-11. What are u doing on The Rant? Shouldn't you be cooking, or knitting something useful?

I never have cared for Michigan,and I hate Alabama and Nick Saban's guts. But I have no problem whatsoever with Michigan's new coach, unlike Rich Rodrigeuz, who I loathed. I am rooting for Michigan, even though Alabama is the SEC team, because of the circumstances. But I think Alabama will win by a decent margin, 37-24, because of their defense.
