I truly wish people would stop posting this stupid topic.
Auburn or any other big time football school isn't touching Miles with a 20 foot pole.
They all know the game has long passed him by.

Look, I agree with your statement but I'm not sure the year and players you mentioned prove it.
We were/are, I believe, the only team to have a 3,000 yard passer, 1,000 yard running back, and 2 1,000 yard receivers. That's the epitome of balance. Offense was not our problem that year. It was a bad defense. But your point sill stands that he has done less with more over the last half of his time here.

I see him at a mid to lower tier Big10 like an Indiana or similar. Then if successful another big job in the future.
He will be on Medicare soon. I don't see this happening, as that would put him starting another "big job" at nearly 70 years old. Just my opinion.

Man, could you imagine losing to Les and Saban in the same season? This place would be gold.
There would be a mass suicide from the new bridge in BR if that happened.

Les is pretty likable; I think his idiosyncrasies could play well on Gameday or as an announcer. He said he's a tiger forever. Go get a healthy pay check and let people remember you as tiger

I don't see him coaching in the SEC again.

IMHO, Les is more likely to end up sitting in Lee Corsos chair on College Gameday than wearing a headset on a sideline again.

I really hope Miles comes back to the SEC. It would accomplish two great things:
1. It would reveal the "fans" who cheered for Les over the team as they will be pulling for him against LSU to spite those wanting him gone from here
2. It would be a lock of a win for LSU every year on our schedule because Miles won't have the caliber program to out-talent his coaching over and over.

I think he could do well at a service academy

In all honesty.....I'd rather see him end up on the college game day set. He would be awesome on TV no giving a shite and just talking football.
