I haven't seen that so I don't mean this in a snarky manner, but do you have a link? I saw that the OP had the ketamine portion in the Jane Doe statement but I haven't seen anything from a frat boy confessing to ketamine being used.

There is a lot coming out in recent days that speaks to her motivation IMO. She was "so emotionally stressed and damaged" that instead of leaving Cornell immediately, she opted to stick around because Cornell wouldn't refund her tuition. Uh wut?

If it were such an unsafe environment, why would you continue to put yourself on campus, attend class, etc?

This is a money grab in my book. She is going to get blasted to the moon and back soon enough.

It introduces doubt that she was aware of everything going on…

Yep, it's a sad reality of the world we live in but it is possible that she was in fact giving consent. Women have had sex with lots of men in one night before and it wasn't illegal. Is it disgusting of the guys to participate even if the circumstances were on the up and up? 1000%. No one is saying this is a positive thing or something that should be promoted in our society. Folks like NoEmpathy just don't understand that some of us can seperate that which is disgusting and immoral to us from that which is illegal. Perhaps it was illegal and she was passed out and if that turns out to be the case, they should all go to prison. They shouldn't however, go to prison until the evidence dictates that they belong there.

If this is truly her account and testimony of what happened, then no, she wasn't taken advantage of/assaulted.

Maybe they should not have run a train on her, and used snapchat to advertise it. I bet the prosecutor will supoena every one's snapchat accounts, and cell phone records.
