You think Madison Brooks, heavily drunk, was raped or not? Was she in her right mind to give consent. Was it okay to dump her out on that dark highway?

Whether Madison Brooks was of sober mind at the time has absolutely zero to do with whether Jane Doe in this case was or was not at the time of the incident.

It's not the job of the defense to prove consent. It's the job of the prosecution to prove she didn't.

The two cases have no bearing on each other though. They could've taken drank different amounts. Perhaps they are of different size and weight so the amount impacted them differently. Maybe they took different substances. Maybe one drank a lower ABV drink as opposed to the other. That was my point, the Madison Brooks case doesn't automatically dictate the facts of this Jane Doe case.
I would ask this question so that we are speaking on like terms, what degree of impairment is the line between a person being responsible and not responsible for their actions?
