He reminds me of how Duke played last year! The lunch pale guy, I freaking love his play so far. If he keeps that up, when Key gets back, that's gonna be a nasty tandem on the outsides

What he has, like four sacks already? Dude is averaging like two sacks a game? That's unreal.

Agree...Corey Thompson's resilience through adversity of multiple injuries over his first 5 years here is a "feel good" story. He's been in beast mode. Enjoying the heck out of his play.

He reminds me of Jamal Adams playing linebacker. He has that same thickness about him and that same alpha dog swag when he runs. He is a very bad man.

Reminds me of Eric Alexander out there making plays after a position change from S to LB.

Leading the SEC in sacks and 3rd in the nation. Coming for Key's record of 12.

He has great shoulder dip strength from the edge, at least against the talent he has been against so far. And, it looks like they are limiting his rush attempts, and has more edge assignment so far. It could get nasty when Aranda unleashes these guys on regular blitz packages...

Spot on, I can't help but pull for this guy all the way and to make up some ground this season for what he has lost. He is playing for a career this season and you know he will lay it all on the line. We aren't going to have to worry about him giving us 100% every game...

GREAT example of veteran leadership on the DEF mixed with an infusion of young guys who can get after it.

DA needs to find a way to keep him on the field with Key, and not just on passing downs. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see more 2-4-5 sets with speed everywhere.

I'm always game for a good comeback story and Corey is THE comeback story of the year.

The guy suffered not one but two season ending injuries while playing for the Tigers and is finally getting his chance to show what he can do. And what he can do looks magnificent!

With Rashard healthy this D-front is as good as anyone. As fast as Corey Arden chaiison can get around the edge with Rashard the qbs won't be able to step up in the pocket easily. We need RL healthy in a big way
