Great win. I’ve been critical but that was huge and unexpected.

He needed this, big win. Some very winnable games left.

This is why I have yet to give up on him. Sure, LSU might not be progressing as fast as other programs, that doesn't mean anything in the long run. Just stay the course.

The way we ended the game was very well executed.

If LSU fans will show a little patience, CMM is going to get this thing turned around. It takes time to build a program up to a championship level, especially considering the disaster he took over. Big win, especially considering it's a road win in the SEC!

Why don’t you email him? Why would you make a post on a forum thanking someone who will never see this

Absolutely! I haven't been the most critical but I've been plenty critical.

But when it's time to give credit I will. Congrats Coach. Very happy for you and those kids.

Hannibal the Animal!! Man he probably won't get much credit for this win, didn't score much but man he defends and he took it upon himself to step up and address our biggest deficiency, defensive rebounding - and anyone who doesn't think that did not have a HUGE impact on the game hasn't been paying attention all year.

Nothing wrong with criticism. It the stupid hate fir Mzm that we don’t need. And the glee when they lose and silence when they win.

Hannibal is a mediocre SEC player, but he has as much heart as any Tiger I've seen, and I've been watching since 1977.

He does his best, and that's all you can ask from the player. We need to recruit better.

I loved the win. Still have my doubts but am pleading to be wrong.

That last 5 seconds were not played well by us. We should've taken the 4 fouls we had to give with no shot being taken. They actually got off a very good 3 attempt. We're lucky he missed.

Amazing year 1 to year 2 growth. Guy seems to know what he’s doing.

It’s hard to build a winning culture when you have so far to go to get to the top of the mountain. He’s doing it though.

Nonsense. The South Carolina player made a great play on the baseline inbounds. If it weren't for Trae deflecting it they would have had a wide open 3. Took a second off clock.

On the next out of bounds we let them catch, dribble, then fouled.

On the final inbounds the player ran to the corner and immediately started a shooting motion. You can't foul there.

Luckily Ward was there to challenge (which he did without getting too close) forcing SC into a falling away jumper from behind the backboard.

There really was no opportunity to use more fouls. And I know that the announcers kept saying we had "4 to give", but we really only had 3. The 4th foul puts them at the line.
