How are the stands operated, Russian .. by part time LSU employees or by different groups like TS and the PMAC ?

It looks to me the people are from different churches or schools. Mostly kids from what I could tell.

Except they never know the prices, the routine, etc.
I'm almost certain the same groups work the same stand for all 8 football games and all 20 or so bball games so a few games in they get the hang of it...

The biggest stupid part of it all was at the concession stands in the right field side Friday night.
On top of the stupid long wait to get anything (took me almost 2 full innings to get a 3 nachos, 2 cokes and a water), they had the money trays ON THE frickING COUNTER!
Who in their retarded mind leaves an open money tray just sitting on the counter?
1) Too slow
2) Not enough people working
3) The food ain't that good anyways, so maybe I should just stop altogether
4) Money tray...sitting open on the counter.
5) No TV or radio feed to keep up with what's going on with the game.
LSU Concessions = FAIL

in the grandstand I had no problem with a wait, but it really would be easier to just have a register instead of having them look at the list of prices and type in into the calculator, then have to walk away to swipe the debit card.

People sure seem to complain a lot about sporting event concessions ...
I could understand being upset if you get bad/slow service at Ruth's... But having to wait an extra 5 minutes at the ballpark or in TigerStadium or God-forbid having to repeat yourself a couple of times ... I guess I'm different than most, but it doesn't bother me at all.

an extra 5 minutes on top of the 10 minutes you stand in line is a long time....though i have never experienced lines at TS or the box like the ones in the dome.
I waited 45 minutes one time for a chicken tender basket....it may have actually been longer...i may or may not have blacked out from pure frustration and anger at one point.
