No they don't. It's just after a while, the painfully obvious change is eventually implemented. Then the retards on here will try to take credit.

Aramark controls the concessions, but most are ran by travel ball teams, churches, and other non profit organizations. They receive a percentage of sales for their organization. They are trained before they can run them , but not nearly enough training!

To the guy who spent $34 on nachos, hotdogs, and coke, that money would have bought more for less at a local restaurant

Boycott is a good idea. Unfortunately, my wife and I must buy water at fball, MBB, and baseball, but we refuse to buy anything else. Its the best we can do.

If everyone does their best in this way, their pocketbooks won't take long to notice.

No one person can do it alone, it's statements like these that see the goal through to accomplishment.

ARAMARK means awful in several languages or at least it should. Bad food in the land of good food shouldn’t be tolerated.

I fricking love tiger dogs

So no, enjoy your attempt at getting an entire stadium to boycott concessions though. Let me know how that works for you

The hot dog I got last week was colder than the flat soft drink they served me. You can have those nasty tiger dogs.

You triggered baw? Where in the frick did I take the stance that the concessions were adequate? You're the type of schmuck that sits behind his keyboard and pounds his little fingers away, whining like a mfer about the injustices.

You REALLY wanna make a difference? Carry your arse to the games with pickets signs and march out front if you want change. And make sure you're not alone...gather the troops with you! If you think 15 emails from tRant will effect change then you're even dumber than I thought. Otherwise, drop the self-ritcheous indignation Mr. Man of the People!

When I'm drunk I don't eat too much, but when I participate in burning one, I kill my wallet by eating all the chicken sandwiches from chikfila and washing it down with a $10 soda. But drink the soda fast bc the ice melts quick af.

No offense, but do you go to the game to eat well? For instance, if LSU had ZERO concessions would it impact your decision to go to the ball game?

I've never gone to a ballgame with dinner/lunch being my primary concern. I know WELL ahead of time that if I plan on eating at the game, then I plan on eating overpriced stadium food. Maybe it's just the adult in me, but I tend to plan ahead and eat BEFORE I go to the game. I have to say, it's worked out pretty well thus far. Sometimes, and this is only when LSU has a 6:00 basketball game AND I get a wild hair, I live dangerously and choose to eat AFTER the game.

This whole topic makes me think of my Dad, who bitches every home game about the concessions. When I suggest "alternative solutions" such as eating before the game and/or just not buying anything, it's as if I have just asked him to explain the theory of relativity. Almost, as if he hadn't considered such options might be available.

I don't really eat concession while at games, but if all of you hate it so much, STOP BUYING. How hard is it to not eat for four hours. Buy water if you need to but nothing else.

I guess this is a fine stance and all, but should it really resort to this? If I have already spend hundreds of dollars to get inside the door, shouldn't nearly everything about the experience once in the door match the price to get in?

I look at it this way -- you pay to park your car, you pay for the right to buy a ticket, you pay for the ticket, you wait in line, someone rifles through your belongings, and then...voila! You are inside. Shouldn't the cheese on the nachos actually resemble cheese?

"How hard is it not to eat for four hours?"

It's not hard, but if I want to eat something during the game, shouldn't I be able to pick something remotely edible?

What is your beef with Aramark exactly? Quality of food/price or what?

All of the above. And more.

1. Quality is way down. Even the hot dogs are bad.

2. Service is atrocious. The employees are clueless and rude. They can't count change, they ignore you, they look disinterested. Its unbelievable how much worse it is.

3. Planning is even worse. They run out of concession staples before games begin. Auburn/LSU game they ran out of hot dogs and soft drinks in the 2nd quarter on the lower West side.

4. Prices are 25-50% higher on a lot of items...which would be ok if they were way better, but they're actually way worse.

5. They have no strategy regarding where they sell everything. Or at least its a bad one. They sell completely different items at every concession stand in the football stadium. You sometimes have to go to 3 different places for 3 different items that all used to be at every stand.

So do I.

They ran out of those motherfrickers every where this season and apparently didn't make it to tip off at the basketball game.

Also, they are far worse. I love hot dogs and they are nearly impossible to make bad, but Aramark has succeeded.
