Honestly, to have Collins, Loston, or freak above Blackwell is laughable

I found it funny and confusing at first, but now it just pisses me off.

Face it gang...LSU will not be SEC champs with Jefferson at QB....all you have to do is look at the past two years..old habits are hard to break..you cannot change the brain..

Seriously man. Bama is starting a QB with NO EXPERIENCE and they are ranked #2 in the country. That is just laughable to me.

I'd take him over JJ and I've never even seen the guy throw a pass.

If we beat Oregon, WVU at home and muck it against TN...That will just tick me off.

That makes you in good company with the writers then broseph.

I'll take Jefferson/JL/Mett over every QB except Murray at this point. I don't give a shite if Tyler Wilson threw for 5000 yards against Auburn. You may not be able to change talent by your forth year, but you do develop a confidence and feel for the game that can't be replicated in the other 3.

I don't think they lose a game.

I agree with you Peej. If they don't have a let down game, I think they run the table. We've got the talent and depth to beat everyone.

You don't think we can go 11-1 or 12-0? just plain lol.
This is what cracks me up about the rant. Tards reading what they want into responses.

Jumbeaux, do you say LSU *will go* 12-0 or *can go* 12-0? Which is it? See the diff?

btw, when was the last time an LSU team went undefeated? 1958, I believe. Lots of excellent teams manage to lose games. And the passing game is very much a concern for LSU as it was last year.

Well, they have given every SEC at least two losses. 3 losses could definitely happen. Hell, we could have easily lost 5 last year

Moo State will not beat us. They are our whipping child. Don't understand why everyone is predicting we lose to them. We are more likely to lose to 5-6 other teams on our schedule before them. On an Arky board they ALL predicted we lose to MSU, it was hilarious.

You must not remember the last time we were there. PLUS its a Thurs night game @ MSU. I think its a serious game that LSU could lose. I don't think they will, But MSU is NOT the so called whippin child you think they are.

I hate it when they mention that we won 6 games by a touchdown or less. Do they not realize that we play in the SEC? I'd say we had an excellent record considering our strength of schedule and lack of QB productivity. I think the Cotton Bowl was a good preview of how we could perform with decent QB productivity.

we couldn't do it in 06 or 07. Those were better LSU teams playing against easier schedules IMO.

As I thought about, I thought of several players not listed on that top 10 that should have been seated deeply in it.......Blackwell was one. Hell, I would have Mettenburger in there as well.....he is, by far, the critical piece for the future and talking heads have recognized his potential impact.
