We are going to CS for the game this year. What are your experiences and for the A&M people is there an area to avoid as far as staying? Looking at a few VRBO's off of College Main Street??

TIA

they are way friendlier than other SEC venues (as long as you don't walk on the grass) I like to stay in downtown Bryan and take the free shuttle bus to the game

That's a weird bunch of people dude. They're just strange in general. Their "traditions" are as gay as it gets and they see nothing wrong with them. I absolutely can't stand those bunch of queers and I love seeing their experiment with Jimbo fail like it had thus far. They aren't going to change, bc they simply aren't the program that LSU bama and Auburn are and never have been. They're trying to buy themselves success by dumping and wasting money hand over fist in their football program, and it doesn't work that way. They're still Texas am and we are still LSU no matter what amount of money they pay their coaches and what amount of cash they wasted on their tackle box looking football facility. college station and their campus closely resembles the ussr era Russia and it's dull and morbid atmosphere. Their fans are gay, their school is gay and their "corps of cadets" is a joke. Just a bunch of regular students playing military with no real commitment to serving in the us armed forces. It's all a joke. Screw those bunch of weirdos.

A&M fans are the type that will kiss your arse and act like great hosts, then talk shite about you the second you walk away.

Last game I went to in College Shitstain was in 2012 - we got the W and the frick out.

I was relocated to CS for work about a year ago. Hotels are all pretty bog standard, it’s usually better to stay a little bit away from the university although you don’t have to go too far. As far as places to eat there isn’t anything spectacular. I recommend Fargo’s for some decent bbq if anything. Dixie Chicken is also a popular one-and-done attraction kind of stop.

The people are pretty nice although they really are LSU obsessed. I was out eating crawfish one night and a group of college kids couldn’t talk about anything except how LSU dropped a game against Auburn that afternoon.

Not the worst SEC town, not the best, in my opinion.

I clicked this thread thinking I was about to read a horror story about forcible sodomy.

Apologies. Carry on.

I had fun going there as a college student. Not much to do as an actual adult, unless you’re tryna smash a college girl

beautiful campus

...are you sure you were at A&M?

Of all the things I’ve heard about A&M, them having a “beautiful campus” has never been one.

The entire campus is beige colored and with sporadic, recently-planted trees to try and pretend they didn’t build their campus on a cow pasture.

If you’re sitting in the upper deck, bring binoculars. Other than that, very nice stadium
