I know you are on here trolling......OM beat one team with a winning record I think...or at least worth a shite.....also, if you put Bama's name on LSU resume, the talking heads would be all over them saying how they were young early in the year, but now are playing like the best team in the country...no one wants to play them...etc.
If I didn't know better, I'd say they were keeping OM higher to help make the bama loss look better.

Of course, the answer is that they won't have to. They can make whatever inconsistent, unfair rankings they want, and they are not answerable to anyone.

yep I remember the mid major undefeated TCU team that beat the "unstoppable" wisc team.
FWIW I don't think ND belongs in the conversation. Baylor is yet to be decided.
However, to totally discredit TCU after beating OK and WVU or after just watching them play is foolish.
But of course no other team belongs in the playoff discussion but SEC teams. yada yada yada

Michigan state has one loss and is behind 5 one loss teams so they are being punished for their lackluster wins.
Note Dame also is being punished for their schedule.
TCU has beaten ou, wvu and is destroying people. It's one loss is to another 1 loss team.
It's not some conspiracy. Honestly I hope this committee hasn't spent more than 5-10 minutes on lsu yet. I don't want them wasting time worrying about teams that don't as of now deserve consideration for the playoff. They shouldn't even be ranking 25 teams.

This is the main thing, and I'm fairly confident they only release it so ESPN has a TV show and can talk about it. It should just be the top 4, then the next 4 out
