Where did they come up with these 15 teams?

If they're going by actual accomplishments and impact on the sport (old or new), I'd remove Auburn, UGA, and Oregon

When was the last time Nebraska was even relevant?

Do this and frick the NCAA. This league doesn’t allow dudes to say they are women and play women’s sports.

You’d need a 16th.
Four four-team divisions.
Let’s roll.

I'd have Wisconsin in there over Nebraska.
If they are going to propose a "super conference," it needs to be like the English Premier League - you're relegated if you don't perform.

Nebraska???
This has to do with the soon-to-be Super league in European soccer. They have irrelevant teams in it with historic names (like Nebraska).

Florida State, Wisconsin, and/or Stanford seem like all better choices than Nebraska

the more realistic approach is all Power 5 conferences break away from the NCAA and form their own organization. That's 65 teams - maybe add a few more from lesser conferences, and BYU. Maybe get to 70 teams.
Only play other P5 teams. Lesser conference teams and FCS teams would get hurt - no big paydays. But the quality of matchups would be much better throughout the season.

Agree with Wisconsin for the quality of play.
Stanford and Fl St. for ratings.
Nebraska brings nothing.

Nebraska and Texas? WTF?
I guess you could argue for a dozen or so fringe teams ...I.e., Tennessee, Miami, Wisconsin,

This would do away with that, since the whole point of the European Super League is that these teams no longer wish to subject themselves to this system and want guaranteed "elite" status as founding members.
College football with pro/rel would be awesome but it's never going to happen because why would the Vanderbilt or Miss States of the world agree to that at this point, now that they're set at the big boy table for life

How does USC texas and Nebraska get in?

Super leagues ruin a lot of the little things that make fandom fun. No.
