Honestly I'd rather a train wreck season than another 8-4 one..... at least we'd be able to rid ourselves of O and HOPEFULLY Alleva as well.

This website isn't worth reading. According to them South Carolina will go 11-1, Arkansas will go 11-1, Florida will have 8 losses, Kentucky will beat Georgia, Florida and Ms State, and as a side note Stanford will have 8 losses. None of this will happen. Go Tigers.

do you even watch, bro?

Uh, yeah. Do you? So you actually think Ole Miss will go 10-2 and Arky 11-1? And you're asking if I'M the one that watches?

I can see a loss to BYU. If we get low after the Bama loss I could see a loss to Arky as well then on the road to Tennessee might be a nail biter.

Still I see 9-3, but I wouldn't be shocked at 8-4.

Great, they are destroying their own credibility.

That site has Mizzou and Arkansas entering their Black Friday game with a combined 21 wins already.

Oh, okay. Yes, I agree 100%. It's like they just pulled numbers out of their asses.

I looked up some others for shits and giggles. They have Western Kentucky going 12-0 and Louisiana Tech going 11-1.

oh, be careful, you'll anger the "you're not a true fan if you ever pull for LSU to lose under any circumstances" folks.

But I hear what you're saying - we don't want to be in that middle zone where we're doing just good enough to retain the coach but not as good as we should be. A program can wallow in that mediocrity for many years.

I got blasted by some on this board when I said I was happy with the Auburn loss last year because it hastened Miles' departure. And I sure as hell was pulling against LSU basketball last year so we could get rid of Jones, who was very clearly not the long-term answer for us.

I get that. I really do. I wanted Miles gone as much as anyone. The difference is some are cheering for O to lose before the man even starts his first full season as head coach of LSU. It's downright disgusting! And this is coming from someone that wasn't thrilled with the hire.

I completely agree with you. I also wasn't happy with the O hire, but he's our coach now so I'm giving him a shot and hoping he does very well.

I guess I was talking more about when it's clear that a coach needs to go - better for that to occur quickly rather than drag on for years. But O hasn't even begun yet so we have to give him his chance.

well, I guess anyone can pick bama vs uga/fla. if he's accurate, he's nostradomus. reminds me of the time when I was on high school spring break and one of my best friends told us the braves would win the division and had the pitching to go to the world series. we laughed him out of our hotel room.

that was 1991.

Has Auburn going 5-7 with a loss to Ole miss as well and has Ole miss going 10-2.
So not a very good algorithm and completely BS.
