Not true at all. Follow the in-game threads. I have been very complementary of our pitching staff and defense. I haven't said a single negative word to any aspect of that staff all year long. I never said a bad word about the bullpen even when blowing the lead Friday night. It happens.

I argue strongly on certain points, and you seem to remember only those arguments.

1 run vs maryland
2 runs vs nicholls
2 runs against lamar going to bottom 8th
2 runs against brown going to the bottom of the 8th

just looking at the scoreboard, this team has had difficulty scoring runs. they might be hitting the ball, but it is not leading to as much run production

Alex Rodriguez is a beast when it comes to a 162 game season batting average

Uhh no he isn't.

From 1996-2009 Alex Rodriguez hit over .300 ten times. He never hit under .285 in those years.

and i believe this is the first time all season i have discussed the sticks at any length. please correct me if i'm wrong

only other thing i have discussed was the crappy scheduling based more on revenue than competition, in my not so humble opinion

How in the hell is this a valid argument???

Baseball is a nine inning game. Dude, you are seriously laughable.

Yeah, do you know anything about their starting pitcher that day? I will assume you don't.

Jimmy Reed - was drafted in the 21st round of the 2012 by the Yankees. had a 2.70 ERA last year which was ninth in the ACC. 52 K / 16 BB. .226 opponent BA. He is a pretty decent pitcher.

Where are these guys when we're winning on the road @ ULL 11-0?

Been here all year. In fact, I know that LSU won 11-2 because I followed the entire game.

Bottom line is we are #1 in RPI and #5 so far in SOS. It does hurt that we lost to BYU and I wish we would've scored more runs against Nicholls yesterday. However, we've gotten the W's against some decent early season teams. All this bickering is useless right now. So far it is safe to say that we are worthy of a top 10 ranking, but i don't think anyone has anointed us best in the SEC. We'll know a lot more about this team two Mondays from now.

good lord. you know your argument is weak when you have to start cutting innings out to make a point.

if you are counting on the same effective of our lineup against the bullpens of Miss St. and South Carolina, you might be in for some serious disappointment

Gee, why don't we wait and see how the season plays out instead of extrapolating based on the first 11 games?

What?

Way to ignore the comment about Maryland's good pitcher. Pretty hard to argue statistics and facts. I guess it is easy to come in here and blab about how the pitching we have faced is horrible until someone proves you miserably wrong.

And when asked who is a good offensive team, you posted 3 teams of which I busted that "opinion" wide open with similar stats (for 2/3 teams, and your absurdness for the last).

Good, so maybe you were posting about how good the offense looked, right? Or how about the game before that when threw up a 13 spot? I'm sure you were complimenting the team, right?

Yeah and the team he is all over (Kentucky) for having faced so much tougher pitching than we have is right up there at 196.

14 runs vs maryland
13 runs vs sela
11 runs vs ull

wow best hitting team of all time.
