17 year old at college, 245am in the morning in a dodge charger with money to buy whatever he wants each night, crashing into a tree.

A lot of assuming in my post, but I wasnt born yesterday. NIL is going to ruin so many kids, it’s sad. I know a lot of good with NIL, but a lot more is wrong with it.

I will because it's genuinely hilarious you think someone's a better driver than most because they played quarterback in high school

There really should be a "Tongue-in cheek" emoji/whatever for situations just like this.

no one will specify who the "officials" are.

There is an ESPN article on the front page that states LSU cannot comment because he is a minor

And just words from an unnamed source, not proof.
Technically true but it's not a picture that someone posted on a public forum looking for clicks. It was a snapchat story shared among friends and someone screenshotted it and posted it when it came out that Hurley wrecked his car because it's a relevant dot to connect.

I don't think a picture of him standing there with words posted over it claiming he was drinking will hold up as legal evidence.

It doesn't look good for him at all. But let's let the truth come out first before condemning a kid in unknown condition.

No idea what kind of injuries but he was "in and out of consciousness" when the firemen arrived at the scene.

Thankfully his family just posted he is stable and should expect a full recovery.

Pretty sure if it comes out he was drunk, he’ll be suspended

He's not even legal to drink in 1985.

I want him to make a full recovery, lead us to a natty, then return to the scene of the crash holding a trophy. Can't keep a good man down.

Redundant.

Word is now that the snapchat picture was taken Monday night. I haven't seen proof of that but that's what people are saying.
