Student section ruined it in 2010 home game versus Alabama. The CST replay was loud and clear that they were saying STTD, Nick.

I’m just gonna say it.
I’m over 50, engineering degree, spent my first career as a Military officer, pretty well established in my second career in business, have kids that go to LSU and am otherwise pretty mature.
And I laugh my arse off every time they play neck.

If the song fires up the students, play it during tv timeouts only and see what happens. I'm betting it loses its appeal because the only reason you young'uns want it played is so it's broadcast.
It's trashy and I don't want LSU to be perceived that way nationally.

Hopefully they're saving Neck until the Alabama game. If LSU is up late and the band plays Neck the crowd would go apeshit.
