Coach O needs one more season

I feel like he’s right there on the cusp. It’s not as though he inherited a program like we had in the Saban and early Miles years. There were major problems to fix and maybe 1
full year wasn’t enough. If he can get a good offensive coordinator I think we can compete for a playoff spot next year. I believe we can win under Coach O...... he’s one of us!

It's hilarious cuz O wouldn't let him do his job because O was apparently to fricking stupid to understand even basic concepts in Canada's offense.
How the frick has this dude been coaching for 30 years yet doesn't understand basic coaching principles?

What problems did he inherit? He inherited five straight top ten recruiting classes. Well I think one was 12th, but still.

Well offhand, he inherited a terrible offense. An offense that top QB recruits didn’t even consider wanting to play in. He also has to deal with one of the dumbest ADs in all of college football.
