That's all fine and dandy, but USC also had Matt Lienart, Reggie bush, mike Williams, Brian Kushing, clay Mathews, etc.

Shorter practice fast paced lots of competition. More time in film room. 1s vs 1s etc. a defacto scrimmage end of each week. Solid model to follow. Petes been pretty successful with it

His class in a transition year had a composit ranking of 7th in the country and that's bad? He has 20 commits already for 2018 ranking 5th in the country currently for next year. Lmfao the old pumpers have become the new negatigers and they're still delusional morons.

So true but we do have Derrius Guice, Arden Key, Will Clapp and DJ Chark, who aren't exactly chopped liver. I am willing to bet Chark has a better NFL career than Mike Williams who was a total bust.

I know Carrol was very successful, but I honestly don't think O has the same type of personality as Carrol to keep up the BS psychobble phoniness that Carrol and his slick personality could.
I think taking parts of what he does is o.k., but much of it is not O's personality IMHO.

It's not just the personality. It's how the NFL is also. Carroll was running an NFL regimine. The NFL coaches rarely coach on the field. They stand back and let the players practice for the most part. They do 95% of their coaching in the film room. This is from multiple NFL players on many different teams.
