Obviously you lack reading comprehension.

And we finished ranked #6 in the county. What a shitty job he did.

and lost 3 games, including a shut out and a 19 point performance against Florida.

the OC's job is to put out a competent offense had we failed to the that most of the time.

If it's Ensminger's offense this season why wasn't any of what we see present last season?

And why did Burrow say he felt uncomfortable running it?

It's also obvious that it seems Ensminger offense.

Roger defended the offense last season so if it’s Ensmingers offense Roger can attempt to save face. It’s not about sticking up for Ensminger it’s about retroactively defending his own opinions.

Ensmingers.

Just like this years

I'm starting to think you don't understand what an OC is. There's waaay more than designing plays, which is what JB excels at.

I've been told in this thread that we were transitioning into it last year. The fact that almost no formations or concepts from this year's offense were present in last year's offense should be of no consequence.

Hit offense is all over the fricking place then. NO identity

A lot of it is designing plays

Can you name a team who's playbook wasn't designed by their HC or OC?

Seems like the best way to transition would've been to use the same offense we're using this season.

Of course we couldn't do that because we didn't have the human capital in the building to implement it.

Think about the sequence of events here. They went to visit the Saints in the 2018 offseason to implement a new offense. They came back and gave us that steaming turd of an offense last season. They tried a couple of hours on Rosetta Stone to learn a new language.

They realized that you actually need someone that speaks the language so to speak, so they hired Brady and bam, now the offense is great. Not hard to figure this one out.

The devotion is mind boggling. If it comes down to it, these guys are going to talk themselves into keeping E over Joe.

And most of its organizational and decision making.

It's Ensmingers offense. He's the executive in charge regardless of what you believe.

I think Brady takes over next year or 2021.

And If we don’t pony up pay Brady and lose him they’ll just blame the players next year when Ensmingers offense goes back to what it was before.

You'd think, huh?

There comes a time when you have to just marvel at the desire some have to argue a point...and I fricking LOVE to argue! but to go down with the ship arguing about whether or not Brady is the obvious factor as to why this year's offense is breaking records may be the new gold standard in inane arguing.

Wrong. I said the offense was different thelast few games and we improved. Burrow threw most of his TDs thelast few games as well.

I also said it wasn't a "wasted season" for Burrow like some lady said it was earlier.

I've also said Brady brought a hell of a lot with him and has had a huge influence, and is training to be an OC.

I've also said E is still the OC, the chief offensive decision maker and y'all are triggered like a Democrat.

Well theat part of his job wsn't taking us very far.

Its seems liek the actual scheme is pretty fricking important

And his play calling is overrated, and i think Brady calls most of our plays.

Roger, come on man. You are now debating with 6 o haters at one time. Do you really think they will be rational? They are trolling you. Look at their post history. Every single one a huge O hater.
