Jesus...
Orgeron hired Ensminger to coordinate his offense...paint the house. If Ensminger tried to paint it once and could not, and then he needed to go out and find ANOTHER painter to do what he was initially hired to do...the sub is subbing out his own job.
The fact that the house NOW looks phenomenal has no bearing on this issue...
