Looks like E needed help transitioning to the next level more.

Rantards are still trapped in the 90s.

Who is against having co-offensive coordinators?

The only narrative is that E is somehow an equal partner in this.

He is. He's theOC.

You don't have to have equal duties to have equal credit.

Now if you're saying Brady is the catalyst I get that. But to push E out when he's still doing most of the work is just dumb.

Seriously, has anyone said we need to get rid of Ensminger? What are these people melting about?

Then why didn't painting happen last year?

Your more senior painter, Ensminger has been painting for many years, though he specialized in just doing trim work for a large portion of those years, then he was promoted to head painter in 2016, where he did an excellent job (averaged most YPG, 464, in 2016 once he took over, than LSU has averaged in any season in the history of LSU football), then a new hot shot painter was hired, allegedly the very best, Canada, he did OK but had a bad attitude and was always getting into it with the boss. So he was let go and Ensminger was made head painter again, where he had the most young and inexperienced and transfers in from other branches (the players), and molded them into a pretty solid team by the end of the year. The boss thought fresh blood was needed, so he hired this totally inexperienced trim primerer (Brady), who was touted to be the Michael Angelo of trim primering, took a chance on him, and made him co-head painter. He turned out to be a great painter, though young and inexperienced in many aspects of painting and progressed in the aspects of the job that he was not experienced at under the tutelage of the old pro, both learning from each other, though the young apprentice, with great natural ability, quickly out shined not only his master, but all house painters throughout the land

Looks like the "usual Basher suspects"... trying to "help fix" LSU's offense.

Just another attempt by Bashers to throw a monkey wrench into Coach O's football organization

Keep in mind...this all started because A) someone DARED suggest that while a good play on Orgeron's part to get Burrow to LSU, he MIGHT NOT be an actual genius and B) somone dared give unequal praise to Joe Brady for the success of this year's record breaking offense and that set up sirens for folks to come and "defend" Orgeron and Ensminger from bashing...which amounts to simply not being praised equally.

I think some of these chumps literally believe you can step in, design an offense and it will work

There's far more to it.

This offense is jsut so different not just in the design of the plays, but in play calling tendencey and overall strategy adn approach to attaching defenses.

The only new coach is Brady. Thats beyond a catalyst.
Every coach recruits.
Every Coach is involved in strategy, but the OC is supposed to be leading the whole thing and it does not appear that E is leading this thing.
