Looking for him to knock that out early against Arky and then hopefully he can get a break.

What is really impressive about his season is who he gained those yards against. He hasn't been padding stats against cupcakes, he has been kicking arse against the best. Go Clyde!

Just think...as great a season as Clyde is having he is just now about to break 1000 yds. Leonard Fournette, in an offense where was essentially the only real weapon, had 1953 rushing yards. Just imagine how many yards Fournette would have in this offense where he isnt playing teams stacking the box every game.

I say his first rush against Arky will be a 75-yard TD

Very impressive.

Brossette wasn't able to break 1,000 until the bowl game last year.

Should be a game where we can play a different RB each quarter. (Unless we want to keep redshirt for Emery, depending on how many games he's gotten in.)

He has carries in 7 games so that's not an option.

He'd have a lot of yards and be dominating, but I don't think he makes the plays that Clyde has made against Bama and Auburn. Clyde is wayyyy better at making the first man miss in the backfield. I can't count the number of times he was dead to rights just after getting the ball and either spun or side stepped and made a positive play. That's are soul crushing for defenses.

Fournette needs a few steps to gain speed.

Would love to see stats on negative plays for him, because it seems like he rarely has them.

This is what I like best about his style.

He is so fun to watch.

Also fournette wouldn’t get as many carries as he did so stats might be similar if played in this offense

I'd rather give credit to Clyde for being a beast THIS year than wonder about who could have been better...

What's funny is if you take away Burrow's 20+ sacks (because those shouldn't count as rush attempts), Burrow has a much higher yds/carry than CEH

CEH - 6.1 yds/carry
Burrow - 7 yds/carry (minus sacks)

I find that hilarious now because 2 months ago when 90% of this board wanted CEH benched for the freshman I didnt understand it because I thought he was doing pretty well. But now I even speculate about what another legendary RB could have done in this offense and people are like "SHHHH WE LOVE CLYDE!"

This! He has put up his best numbers in the biggest games. All we heard early on was "No Running Game" and he was just waiting to set it off.
